Athletes who do not adhere to the rules\, will be disqualified.\n2. Licenced athletes must wear 2019 licenses at the back and in front of their vests\, temporary licenses must be worn at the back of vest.\n3. Race numbers must be worn in front of the vest and should NOT cover the logos of the licence number.\n4. Walkers competing for prize money must wear W tags on the front and back of their vest.\n5. Age restriction is strictly 14 years for 10km & 16 years and older for the 21km. Age restriction for the 5 km is 9 years.\n6. An athlete can qualify for prize money in the open category as well as the age category that he/she entered for.\n7. Please obey all marshals\, traffic authorities and traffic rules.\n8. Age category tags must be worn in front and at the back of vest by athletes competing for category prizes.\n9. Time limit is 3 hours 30 minutes for ALL athletes. Last walker must finish by 10:00\, last runner must finish by 10:30\n10. All athletes participate solely at their own risk and the organizers and sponsors will not be held responsible for any injury\, illness\, accidents or theft occurring during or as a result of the race.\n11.
